More Nukes in North Korea

North Korea vowed to strengthen nuclear weapons stockpile due to more U.S and South Korea troops building up in the region. While North Korea spoke to the UN (United Nations) the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Kil Yon. Pak stated, "As long as U.S nuclear aircraft carriers sail around the seas of our country, our nuclear deterrent can never be abandoned but should be strengthened further. This is the lesson we have drawn." Pak has also said the nuclear have succeeded in prevented the Korean peninsula from being "turned into a war field scores of times." He insists that the bombs are for self defense purposes and hope to bring international treaties with the country.
